ATVs ON CLUB GROUNDS
At the March 2005 Regular Meeting, the Membership approved the following new Standing Rule regarding dirt
track membership and ATV use on Club property:

Dirt Track Membership
Because the Club is a motorcycle club, Regular Membership status is limited to individuals in good standing who own
a motorcycle; likewise, because the sole purpose of our off-road riding facilities is to promote the sport of off-road motorcycling,
Dirt Track Membership is limited to Members owning an operable off-road or dual sport motorcycle. The Dirt Track Membership
fee in determined annually by the board of Directors.
Any current Probationary or Regular Member in good
standing as of February 1, 2005, who is also a Dirt Track Member, may continue his Dirt Track Membership even though he does
not possess an operable off-road or dual sport motorcycle so long as his Dirt Track Membership is maintained continuously
and not allowed to lapse. However, any one making application for Membership after February 1, 2005 (or any current
Member who has allowed his Dirt Track Membership to lapse) will only be entitled to Dirt Track Membership if and so long as
he owns and has for principal use on the Club's off-road riding facilites an operable off-road or dual sport motorcycle at
the date of Membership application or renewal.
No one making application for Membership after February
1, 2005 shall operate ATVs on the motocross practice track. In all cases ATVs shall yield to motorcycles whenever riding
on Club property.

Increases Approved in Dirt Track Fees
Message from the President (3/8/06)
On March 7, 2006, the Executive Board Meeting approved increases in the Dirt Track Membership
fees. These increases are at the discretion of the Executive Board and not subject to ratification by the General Membership.
Effective for all new applications received after March 7, 2006, the Dirt Track Membership fee will be increased from
$100 to $150 per year. The Board agreed to consider at a later date further increases in the fee.
Also approved by the Board were changes to the fees charged for Social Members (basically children or spouses of Regular
Members) using the Track.
The
new approved Dirt Track fee schedule is as follows:

**Approved in addition was an increase to $20/day,
the fee assessed against Dirt Track Members who fail to satisfy the annual requirement for participating in five (5)Work Parties.
